You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

To request a return, email us at info@hernurture.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable). Once approved, we willprovide return instructions.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this time, we may not be able to process cancellations.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items, intimate products, or products purchased during special promotions unless defective.
