Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following situations:

  • You have received an incorrect product or shipment.
  • The product delivered is damaged.
  • The product delivered is expired.

If any of the above conditions apply, please raise a return or replacement request within 48 Hours from the date and time of delivery.

How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or refund, kindly write to us at help@bebroot.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue. 

Please note that requests raised after 48 hours from date and time of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Video evidence are primarily requisite in the given circumstances.

Process & Timelines

  • Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 72 hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner from your registered delivery address.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, our quality team will inspect the product.
  • If the issue is verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 48 hours of verification.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain the highest standards of service and product quality.
